Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping:

  • Charge: $2

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

2. Express Shipping:

  • Charge: $1.88

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Free Shipping: We offer free "Standard Shipping" on all orders $50 and over.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package's status on our shipping partner's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
